We think everything goes more smoothly when we are all on the same page. So here is a quick explanation of what to expect when working with us:

1. You submit some basic information to us via the web form and follow up email
2. We contact you to discuss details
3. We make an offer by phone OR setup an initial walk through and then make an offer
4. We sign a simple 2 page contract making it easy for us both to fully understand the terms
5. We close with cash through a licensed title company. The closing agent can come to your home if you prefer.
6. You get your cash. A certified check from the title company, or wire transfer if preferred.
7. That’s it! 🙂
